Permanent account termination.
Restriction of access to Bondify services.
Preservation of relevant information where appropriate.
Reporting to competent authorities where required or appropriate under applicable law.
The action taken may depend on the severity and circumstances of the violation and applicable legal requirements.

Where legally required, Bondify may cooperate with law-enforcement authorities, child-protection organizations, and other competent authorities concerning suspected child sexual abuse and exploitation.
Bondify is designed as a family safety application intended to help families stay connected and informed about safety-related matters.
We take reasonable measures to prevent our services from being used for child sexual abuse and exploitation and may improve our safety processes as risks, technologies, and applicable requirements evolve.
Bondify provides mechanisms through which users can communicate safety concerns and provide feedback.
Users should report suspected child exploitation, abuse, grooming, CSAM, or other serious safety concerns as soon as possible.
We encourage users to report concerns rather than attempting to investigate or confront suspected offenders themselves.
Where required by applicable law, Bondify may cooperate with law-enforcement agencies and other competent authorities in connection with investigations involving child sexual abuse and exploitation.
Bondify may disclose information when legally required or when necessary to address serious safety concerns, subject to applicable law and our privacy obligations.
Bondify has zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation.
Any attempt to use Bondify to facilitate, promote, distribute, request, or participate in child sexual abuse or exploitation is prohibited and may result in immediate enforcement action.
Bondify may update these Child Safety Standards from time to time to reflect changes in our services, safety practices, applicable laws, or industry standards.
The latest version will always be published on this page.
